• Dr Chapman is not confirmed for an engagement until a 50% deposit has been received by Empower Business Solutions (EBS)
  • Balance is due 30 days prior to the engagement date
  • Cancellation fees do apply to bookings, specifically:
    – if the client cancels, the 50% deposit is retained by EBS
    – if the client cancels less than 30 days prior to the engagement date, the full fee is payable to EBS
    – if EBS cancels, all monies paid will be refunded to the client and where possible an alternative speaker may be provided in lieu of the refund if the client agrees.
