Are your competitors writing your marketing plan for you?

At the start of any new year, there are many exciting possibilities. The holiday season is usually an opportunity for reflection and to answer some important questions, such as:

“Does my business give me what I want for my lifestyle?”

“If it doesn’t, what must I change?”

“What marketing and sales changes do I need to make this year to get what I want and deserve?”

“What is my marketing plan to achieve this target?”

“What other changes in my business will be necessary to achieve these results?”

I asked myself these questions over the last month and resolved to:

  1. Spend less time on my business through further automation / delegation
  2. Develop a new offer that can be highly automated
  3. Build a marketing plan for the new offer that can be automated / delegated

If you haven’t thought about your plan for this year, you have left your marketing results to be determined by your competitors, who do not have your best interests at heart.

Hope is not a strategy.

When you have a plan, you will be deciding the results of your competitors who are without one.
