Empower Business Solutions Pty., Ltd., Policies for Business Coaching Services

1. The term of the agreement is initially for a 3 month period, consisting of 12 formal one hour workshops. The agreement also allows for unlimited support by email/phone during the contract period. Also provided will be additional resources such as business tools and templates as coaching support at Empower Business Solutions discretion.

2. Each ‘month’ consists of four weekly workshops, although by mutual agreement a ‘month’ may extend over longer period than a 30 days. Such changes will increase the length of the nominal 3 month period, until the 12 workshops have been provided by Empower Business Solutions.

3. If during the first workshop, the client does not believe, for any reason at all, that the material provided or the way it is provided, will meet their business’ needs, at their sole discretion they may cancel the whole agreement and receive a full refund of their deposit, as long as they notify Empower Business Solutions prior to the completion of the first workshop.

4. After the completion of each workshop Empower Business Solutions will provide an agreed ‘homework’ list along with the agreed date for the next meeting.

5. One business day notice must be provided to reschedule a workshop, otherwise, the workshop will have been deemed to have been held. The only exception is if there has been a personal or family emergency making a business day notification impractical. It will be up to Empower Business Solutions to agree that a late cancellation is acceptable, but agreement will not unreasonably be refused.

6. Payment is monthly in advance.

7. The term of the agreement may be extended by mutual agreement. If the workshops in the extended period are to be of lesser frequency than four per month, a reduced rate will apply, to be advised at the time, when the ongoing support level has been agreed.

8. If the client does not wish to complete the 3 month program agreed to upon entering the coaching program, Empower Business Solutions may, at its sole discretion offer a cancellation fee of 50% of the unpaid remaining contract period to terminate the agreement.
